I hired the Stubblebine company to sell my property. They had
the property for more than one year and never sold it or had an offer.. they never even did a print mailing as promised. Half the
time, they never showed up for viewing (I did the viewing) and 80%
of the folks were "Friends of Stubbebine" (FOS)... they were sent
to make me feel good as if there would ever be an offer on the table! They were Hacks! It was difficult terminating the agreement with Stubbebine (they say they never got it) so I had
to send it certified mail. Once I stepped away from Stubbebine,
I received 3 offers and sold the property in 1 1/2 months.
Lots of funny business (which I cannot list here)
and very dishonest. I highly recommend you stay clear
of this company

This review is in regards to the services received from Associate Chris Michniewitz while in the process of finding a new retail location that would fit our unique needs.

I met Chris while touring a prospective property in Acton Massachusetts. Up until this time I was conducting all the real estate work attempting to find a location for a retail store that we are have a forecasted opening of August 2020. The property unfortunately did not meet our manufacturers needs due to distributorship territories, so we were unable to pursue the property. The one positive outcome from the property tour was meeting Chris. Chris showed true professionalism and seemed to understand the needs of our company in a way that others have not. In the snow sports industry it is difficult to find real estate professionals that truly understand the scope of the operation and the requirements needed for a property to truely fit the service and location needs.

Chris suggested that we do a property search and that he would contact me shortly with a list of potential locations that could potentially fit our specific guidelines. Over the next day Chris dutifully surveyed the area and came up with a list of available properties. After some fine tuning from the list, we were able to find two suitable buildings. Chris quickly scheduled showings at both properties and stayed in constant contact with me leading up to the showings. We ended up determining that a property located in Harvard was the best fit for the company.

Although I am intimately experienced in residential leasing, the language of commercial leasing is a bit less familiar for me. Chris’ knowledge of the commercial leasing process and general practices was a valuable asset to the company and saved me countless hours of research. He kept in contact with the landlord, my lawyer, and me throughout the negotiation. In a short period of time we were able to negotiate an advantageous lease agreement, which was executed a few days ago.

During my time working with Chris, I found him to be the gold standard example of a commercial real estate professional. He took the time to understand how my business operates and how to fit a perfect property around the needs of the business. The most impressive portion of Chris’ work was his level of communication. I was never left in the dark and I knew exactly where the process stood throughout the negotiation. Due to my fantastic experience with Chris, as a company we have decided to utilize him exclusively for all future real estate transactions for our business. I am confident in being able to trust Chris and his guidance for all of our real estate needs.
