I wish I could make a studio work for my needs. I imagine living at the Prato at Midtown would be FABULOUS. Once I passed through the gate, I felt like I was in a cozy, beautiful, well-cared-for oasis -- lovely trees and landscaping. Fantastic fitness center! One of the studios I toured had a stellar view of the city. I would SO enjoy the covered parking. John Kennedy was, by far, the most engaged and charismatic leasing agent I encountered during my day of apartment tours.

I set my AC to 68 and my apartment is constantly at 80. The “security” is a joke, anyone who wants to get in can by waiting at the gate or climbing through the gaping hole in the fence. My car was broken into and I’ve seen at least 3 other smashed windows just walking through the parking deck. The layout and walking trail on this complex attract dog owners, so you will hear constant barking at all hours. My downstairs neighbor had 2 beagles that would erupt into barking fits at ANY hour of the day. My upstairs neighbor was clearly beating his wife and/or child as I would here aggressive yells and screams of horror at Least twice a week. I reported this to management multiple times and they didn’t care. If you move here without touring the area you’ll be told it’s in the middle of midtown. It’s not. The only thing you can reasonably walk to is Central Park (which is just some fields, it’s nothing like Piedmont park) a chevron and a publix, but even the Publix is a half mile away. Anything else would require a long sweaty walk or a drive.

I recently relocated to Atlanta and really didn’t know what area to live in, but I knew I wanted to be close to my office. Someone I meet just from being out referred me to Prato and this was the best referral ever. When I say Mr. Luis went over and beyond to make my moving experience stressful less as possible. A lot of us know the process of moving. I’ve been in my unit going on 3 months now, I love the location and how cozy my place is. I’m glad to be a resident. I had an issue the other day with my Amazon package and I was shocked on how the staff was eager to assist me, what more do you want. Thanks so much Kennedy for always making things so easily done. You guys are amazing. Thanks for everything……….

To whomever it may concern, I just want to THANK my property manager Sherry here at The Prato at Midtown for an EXCELLENT job that she has been doing and has done to make our property and community look and feel wonderful again !!! I've lived out here since 2005 and I've seen a l9t of property managers come and go but she has been by far the MOST PROFESSIONAL one here period. I have NEVER seen a property manager walk the grounds of the property as much as she does and correcting any and everything that she see wrong !!! She's not afraid to take charge or to take action whether with a tenant or a vendor. I am PROUD to come come to my apt community and see how wonderful tge place looks. She's made a HUFE difference In me wanting to continue to renew my lease !!! She's on her game 10000% and I hope she's here to stay for a VERY LONG TIME because I have NEVER experienced this type of Excellence here at the Prato... but I want to see it continue!!! I just want to let it be known that I'm GLAD that she's my property manager and I SALUTE her for her hard work and dedication to us and for us ... THANK YOU SHERRY, job well done

We have enjoyed the entire process, from connecting with the front office with our inquiries to submitting our application and moving in. The communication and move-in process were painless. Everyone was courteous and professional. We decided to extend our lease and rent a larger unit. Again, the move-out and switchover to the new unit went so smoothly. Great staff here at The Prato at Midtown.

May i just say this has been the quickest/easiest and most comfortable leasing experience i have ever had!! J. Kennedy was my leasing agent and he left no stone unturned. He has impeccable service and communication.. Not only he gave me a well detailed tour but he also let me know whats around the area…I cannot wait to move in friday!!

RUN!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. there are so many other places that have better management.

one of two washing machines in our building has been out of order for almost 8 months and management refuses to fix it, so there is 1 machine for the entire building.

we’ve had multiple maintenance issues including with our refrigerator and hot water heater. after failing multiple times and spoiling tons of food (which was never reimbursed) they FINALLY replaced the fridge after a month of not having a functioning fridge.

the maintenance guys already told us the hot water heater needed to be replaced but after 3 months, it still isn’t replaced and randomly goes out.

if you want SPOILED FOOD, NO HOT WATER and BROKEN LAUNDRY MACHINES, live at Prato!

The Property Manager SHERRY CLARKE is the most unprofessional and most ghetto property manager in history! She and I have had several verbal altercations before I moved out I have still yet to receive my deposit back in the mail. Sherry decided the best way to handle a disagreement was by screaming to the top of her lungs stating she is not “the one” as if she wanted to fight a random in the streets. I have lived there since 2021 and most definitely left in 2024 when she became Manager. She has used her position for the worse as if she is on an ego trip versus conducting Professional Development. Sherry needs to grow up and leave the nasty attitude at home before you come to work each day 0 out 0 do not recommend these apartments due to her lack of professionalism! The apartments are full of mold as well she will not fix the issue!
