We used La Serrania, Ronda to purchase a property in the area in March 2018. The range of properties on the website was much better than any other local agent and we were able to view quickly. After purchase had been completed La Serrania helped us to find local tradesmen to make alterations to the property and have been fully supportive in all aspects of Spanish property ownership. If we live in this beautiful and peaceful part of Spain, it is thanks to La Serranía Services. Still in Switzerland we realized their website has no competition! It is so well presented with many photos, clear and easy to use and has such a big choice of properties of all kind to offer!
Since we have met them, Thorwald and Irene have been very friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks to them we found and bought the finca of our dreams 8 years ago! We really appreciated Thorwald's good mood and great salsa music in the many trips we did together looking for what we wanted, and also his help with our NIE afterwards.
Last but not least, during those 8 years living here, Thorwald has introduced us to many interesting people that we now call our friends. He has a gift to put in touch the right people which makes life happier and easier!

We’d been looking for a property in the Ronda area with other agents for more than a year. We only found what we wanted in early 2018 through Thorwald, who immediately understood our needs and couldn’t have been more helpful. He was so clear and honest, which cannot be said of all agents, as we were misled and let down on a number of occasions. I found and bought my lovely house in Benalauria thanks to Thorwald and team Serrania Services. Thorwald was very caring and patient with me, as he had to "take me out" on a hunt various times until we found was I was looking for. He was also the representative of the previous owner so all the initial formalities and final sign of the papers was very quick dwelt with.
