The broker PAMELA CAPELA called me "POOR" because I submitted a low offer on a property that's been sitting for almost a year.

On top of that she's unresponsive to texts and phone calls. I called and texted her just to grab a simple Parcel ID for land I was interested in. It has been 4 days later and I have yet to hear back from her or anyone at her office with that Parcel ID. She's in no hurry to "help" her clients sell their property. Extremely unprofessional and rude for her to send that "accidental text" to me. I have the whole conversation saved, I will be reaching out and sending it to the BBB, DBPR and FREC.
