La única vez que he teñido tratos con esta empresa me decepcionó bastante! Personal terrible, mal humor no amistosa y sin ganas de trabajar. Y en mi punto de vista creo que son muy contra de la raza española. Me he sentido como un extranjero en mi propio país con esta empresa, buscaré otra agencia para vender mis 3 viviendas!

Buying a property in Spain is an exciting but also a daunting prospect! But not when you have Paul ,Di and the team at Next Stop Almeria with you every step of the way ! No hard sell , but a very professional approach . Once our offer was accepted Paul helped us navigate finding a solicitor and guiding us through the purchase process. Di sorted out a pre arrival clean of the property and has openly shared her knowledge of where to shop for things for the house , local trades etc. Communication has been first class throughout the process and after completion. We arrived at our home in the sun after a 4 day road trip on a Sunday evening - Paul and Di were waiting for us with the keys !
I highly recommend Next stop almeria !!

We have been fortunate enough to buy a property in Los Gallardos, Spain through this amazing estate agent. Paul always goes above and beyond all our expectations. We bought our property via virtual viewing which you would think was a risky business but the confidence and trust that Paul inspired in us as clients allowed us to proceed with the purchase knowing we would not be disappointed. Communication and helpful advice is a specialty of Paul. After sales service is second to none and totally amazing. All in all our experience was stress free due to this amazing estate agent. I have nothing but praise for Paul and his team. From the first moment of correspondence to receiving the keys for our new apartment in the sun we have been over the moon with the level of service we have received.
We came out to Almeria for the first time in June 2022 to view properties and met Paul who was so knowledgeable of the area and the property market. We viewed a few properties and fell in love with one straight away. Paul was fabulous and helped us get our dream property at the right price and took all the usual stress of buying away from us.
The process for us was so straightforward and Paul kept us informed at every stage. We had lots of questions and nothing was ever too much trouble.
We had return flights booked for September 2022 and were hopeful that the sale would go through it time and Paul was very much instrumental with it happening, he was always on the ball and we were ecstatic to arrive and move straight in.
The wonderful service did not stop there, once we were settled Di came to the fore and took us shopping for anything we needed and was always there for any question we had. Truly superb and we are so grateful for the invaluable expertise that we received.
Even now, 3 months later both Paul & Di are so approachable and no question is ever too much. We have learnt so much more about the area and further afield and we adore this wonderful part of Spain.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Next Stop Almeria to anyone that is looking to purchase property in Spain. Thank you to Paul, Di and his team for making us very happy Spanish property owners!

I found the rep (Paul) from Next Stop Almeria very helpful with our viewing of a property in Los Torres region of Arboleas. He was polite and made us feel at ease whilst showing us around the property, answering any question that was put to him with great knowledge.
