Curtis was super helpful during the process of purchasing our first home! We met Curtis at one of our very first showings and immediately connected with him and knew we wanted to work with him during our buying process. He always went above and beyond to make himself available for showings, even last minute. He did an excellent job at making sure we had information on our comps and gave us so much helpful advice in order to stay competitive in this crazy market. What we appreciated most was how patient he was with us. He did not want us to rush into the home buying process. He let us know often that this is "Our Home" and that we need to feel comfortable and sure about our purchase and always reassured us that he would be there every step of the way. Jake Wawiorka is excellent! My fiance and I were looking to purchase our first home and had no idea where to begin. We were looking for a realtor who is responsive and would be able to talk to us at (occasionally) weird hours because the two of us work different shifts. Because we are first time homebuyers, we were also looking for a realtor who would explain things to us in layman's terms, help us feel comfortable throughout the process, and advocate for us in negotiations. Jake did all of these things and more!
