Firstly, Damian and Amelia are lovely people and a pleasure to rent a property from.Their first floor, spacious, well appointed and spotless apartment is in a quiet complex within easy reach of the town. The apartment is well appointed with everything required to make one feel at home. We stayed for two plus weeks in May and felt very comfortable and relaxed. The resident neighbours in the complex are friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. There is a small communal pool on the roof terrace, which is quiet and has the most amazing views. All in all a great place to stay for a great holiday. We feel so lucky to have found this place and have already booked for next year.

What an amazing apartment right on the edge of the old town. So peaceful and quite but still in very close to all the amazing restaurants Frigiliana has to offer! The aprtment is spotless with everything you need and the roof top pool with terrace has amazing views with sun all day! 100% recommended and will 110% be back! You feel very safe and secure in this lovely apartment in the beautiful village of Frigiliana. The apartment is situated in a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of Frigiliana lol, yet minutes takes you to the heart of the village. The apartment is very clean inside and outside as well in the communal areas. Everything you need for your stay is in the apartment, and sitting on the balcony with the sun on your face is heavenly. The pool area is also spotlessly clean, with lovely views down the valley. Watching the sunset from the pool area is a nice way to end the day. Booking the apartment is very straight forward and Damian was very helpful giving us any information we needed. I would highly recommend La Fuente Vieja apartment if you are going on holiday to Frigiliana.

I stayed at Damian and Amelia's apartment for a month. It's in a fantastic location right one the edge of the Old Town. A few steps to the nearest bar and supermarket. The apartment has everything you need and more for a fuss free stay. TV with English Chanels, music system, washing machine, hob, grill with hot plate and more. The pool is a lovely area with the most wonderful views of the countryside right down to the sea. I sat out on the terrace area in the evening. There is a 'sail' up on the terrace so even on the hottest days you can still sit out in the shade and relax. I would recommend the apartment without hesitation. Damian and Amelia are great hosts and ensure that you are happy and have what you need before, during and after your stay. Thank you both for a memorable and enjoyable holiday.

La Fuente Vieja is in the beautiful traditional town of Frigiliana up in the hills with the sea in sight. It is one of the most picturesque places I have been to. The apartment is situated at the end of the town in a quiet area. The simple apartment was perfectly adequate for our stay and was comfortable and clean. We spent time relaxing on the small balcony which over looked the beautiful white buildings of the the old and new town and at night time it had a fairy tale feel to it with alluminated buildings. We also enjoyed the roof terrace and pool which again gave us marvellous unspoilt views. There are lots of lovely restaurants and we ate out on a few occasions. The artisan shops sold local art and crafts and there were the usual gift shops and little mini food shops. We would love to go again in the future.

The flat was clean, comfortable, cheap and well equipped. Four people shared it with no trouble at all. Damian was accessible and helpful. The flat is well placed at the edge of the old town with food shops and a bar nearby. It is easy to get out into the countryside for attractive walks, easy or demanding. The view from the terrace (with a pool) is superb. The air in April 2018 was cool but the sun shone most of the time and it was pleasantly warm. Frigiliana has several restaurants which will serve vegetarian and vegan food. No car is necessary. More or less hourly cheap buses go into Nerja. I would come back here if I came back to the Costa del Sol.

Just returned from 3 weeks of lovely stay.
The apartment met our wishes and needs - it was cold for a few days and the electric heaters had to be set to the highest level to warm up the apartment.
The location of the apartment was lovely and parking was easy on the mountain road.
We look forward to returning a little later in the year, where we will have the opportunity to use the sun terrace with the swimming pool.
Will recommend the place to friends in Denmark.

This is one of our favourite stays. Well equipped apartment, with a sunny private terrace and shared access to rooftop swimming pool with fantastic views to the mountains and to the the sea beyond Nerja. Damien is a great host, and nothing is too much trouble - helping out from the UK, even when I got the key stuck in the lock, because it turns the opposite way in Spain! Frigialiana is a stunning heritage village, and the apartment is at the end of the old town which is lovely and peaceful. Love the ten minute walk down to the bus in the morning with the heat haze rising in the valley, and a half hour walk home after a day on Nerja's beaches through the cooler cobbled streets, helped along by an ice cold beer. Plenty of choice eating out in the evenings, from traditional family restaurants to more contemporary tapas bars, pizzas to die for on the plaza, Polish, German and Asian influences. Getting homesick just thinking about it....
