We contacted Andrea as we wanted to buy in the area. We gave her our list of requirements and let her recommend properties to view. We were not disappointed with what she showed us. Fantastic villas with stunning views and within our price range. We were staying in Vera Playa and Andrea picked us up and drove us around, which we are very grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even arranged an appointment with Almeria Document Direct to discuss visas, residency etc.
Andrea helped us to make a deal with the vendors ( who are absolutely brilliant) on the purchase of the villa and this morning she has arranged for us to sign contracts at the Notaria in Vera.
I can only speak as a purchaser...Andrea is superb. She listens, spends plenty of time to explain the processes and is super knowledgeable about the area. I can imagine that she is equally expert when it comes to selling properties. So long story short, if you are thinking of buying or selling in the area please contact Andrea and her team, you won't be disappointed.

When we found Andrea we hit the jackpot ! She listened to us but also gave us great advice . We had a full day of viewings and lunch , we found ourselves being very torn and not agreeing ! So asked if we could look at a couple more … Andrea acted straight away and took us out to view yet another villa ! We fell in love with the last one which is beautiful. Andrea at Dream Homes & Son were Amazing / Honest and so so friendly right to the very end.

We bought our new Spanish home through Andrea and her team, and the process worked wonderfully. We came once to Spain to view properties in February, selected the one we wanted and the rest of the process was fully remote. Andrea and I stayed in close and frequent communication, all my questions and concerns were addressed, and she communicated with the buyers as we finalized the price. She also recommended an excellent solicitor who finalized the sale for us, and we closed by end of June. For us, because we were not in Spain, it was really important for us that we had someone we could trust and who could push the process forward, and we definitely had that with Andrea. Totally recommend.

Our experience of Spanish estate agents left us feeling disillusioned with buying a property in Spain but the we were fortunate to meet Andrea and her team.
