this is a bad real estate company. they do not return phone calls for properties they manage. had an emergency situation and not able to speak to anyone. chat on app no response. telephone no response. text no response. do not recommend them.

Spoke with realtor/broker Betty and let’s just say the woman is unprofessional and very disrespectful. She twisted our conversation into threats in which I would be taking to the commission for complaint and abuse of power . As a realtor myself I am in shock that this woman is still a broker .

Wow just had an experience with one of their agents. His name is Ryan Caviness. I asked if I could see the property he has listed. He said yes but I needed to pay $75 application fee. I told him never mind I will look elsewhere. I'm not paying $75 before I even look at it. This is his reply I copied it. " I’m not willing to show property to unserious clients. Wasted too much time, energy, and money doing that. $75 is nothing compared to a normal rental with $300+ on fees." So this leads me to believe this group is a scam. So if I were you I would steer far away from this group. And if you see this guys name attached to any house out there stay away.
