Reply:

First you are saying that someone is manipulating and later that you are sorry for reply - it show how dishonest you are.
You can add screen from our conversation and people will judge how you treat potential customers.

Remember - even if someone is not able to afford of your service today, it doesn’t mean that he will not be in the future. Plus people have friends and famili and share their opinion.

Now you are trying to explain your rude behavior saying that you do this for your Clients - bravo!
