To buy an apartment after seeing a few photos and a couple of videos may seem unusual, but with the professional help from Lonrah, it was a pleasurable experience.

No matter when we called, you all dealt with our requests immediately.

It also made things so easy having the offices of the solicitor, the notary and Lonrah all in the same office building.

It’s a shame that Lonrah is only an estate agent. If they also did everything else you need when buying a property, it would be my “go to” place to buy a car, use a builder, furnish my apartment and even help on my golf swing!

I would not hesitate to recommend Lonrah as an estate agent for the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in the Murcia region of Spain.
All of the local agents in the region charge a minimum selling fee as do Lonrah, but Lonrah will do their utmost to sell your apartment at a true value, instead of selling it cheap to make a fast buck.
