My husband and I were in a situation back in March. We were temporarily renting an air B&B appartment in cabo roig when we first arrived to spain on a NLV visa. Avoid this agent at all costs. Started really good but then went downhill fast, I never got any receipts for supposed work done to my apartment, she never answered emails, and always an excuse. Every month there was another problem, asked for receipts over and over again, never came. When the tenants left there was a 200 euro gas bill not paid, and they stole my router and half my kitchen equipment. The place was a complete mess, despite me paying a cleaning fee. No wonder the office is now closed, too many people after her for money.
