Carin is onze Nederlandse makelaar in Spanje. Het was een genot om met Carin - van Houses and Homes Spain - naar ons vakantieappartement te zoeken. Al bij de eerste ontmoeting was er een klik. Het voelde alsof we met een hartelijke vriendin op stap gingen, die heel veel verstand van huizen in Spanje heeft. Carin gaf ons tijd en ruimte om zelf rustig rond te kijken in de woningen. Ze keek kritisch mee en wees op de voordelen en nadelen van de woningen en de locaties aan de Costa del Sol. Ze was heel efficiënt in het plannen van bezichtigingen, zodat we in weinig tijd veel woningen hebben kunnen zien. Je kan merken dat ze veel ervaring en kennis heeft. Carin werkt samen met de Engelse makelaar Stephanie, die ons begeleidde op de middag dat Carin niet kon, zodat wij zonder interruptie de bezichtigingen konden afwerken. Ook Stephanie is een prettige makelaar om mee op stap te zijn, het voelde net zo vertrouwd als bij Carin. Beiden spreken vloeiend Spaans. Al bij ons tweede bezoek aan Spanje zijn we geslaagd om samen met Carin een appartement te vinden dat aan al onze wensen voldoet. Daarna heeft ze ons in contact gebracht met een deskundige Spaanse advocaat die goed Engels spreekt. Carin heeft de aankoopprocedure kundig begeleid, tot en met de dag van de overdracht. Daarna heeft ze ons ook nog geholpen bij het vinden van een property manager. Houses and Homes Spain heeft ons geweldig geholpen en is heel professioneel en efficiënt. Bij Carin en Stephanie ben je in goede handen.
