We relied on Angela from Hola Properties to buy a new house and sell the one we owned. Angela is very dynamic and has a strong local network, which is very helpful when you buy as well as when you sell. There has already been many viewings of the house we sell and Angela always gives us a prompt and complete feedback after each viewing. She is reliable and reactive. We really appreciate her involvement especially since we don't live in Spain permanently.

I have been so impressed with Hola Properties. I would highly recommend them. We have been dealing with Angela whilst looking for property in and around Lecrin Valley and I have to say she has absolutely gone above and beyond what we would have expected from an agent. She was really proactive in getting potential houses to us, giving us loads of information upfront that we wouldn't have thought to ask for. When we did have questions she would do research in her own time and come back to us with really solid and honest answers. Selling your home and deciding to move is possible one of the biggest decisions you will make. Doing this in a country that you are not totally familiar with, in terms of law and regulations adds another layer of complexity. Angela Morton and her boss, Mat from Hola Property’s, are possibly the easiest and most supportive people my partner and I have met. They have taken a complicated process and made it simple, from energy certificates to verification of our house documentation, they have been simply the best. The video and filming of our home took hours, and this show in the detail they put into making our home visible to the world of potential buyers. When you’re doing something this important as this it’s important to make the right choice. In looking after your health you chose the best doctor. Is selling your home any less important? Angela doesn’t care about the people just closing a business no matter what. Very unfortunate experience to try to buy a house through Angela. After having agreed on the terms of the “contrato señal” with the seller, lawyer and her she just show the house to another buyer and sold it in a matter of hours. On top of the big surprise and deception we lost 500 euros paid to the lawyer who redacted the contract, talk to the seller about our buying proposal, etc.
Since like Angela always had us as a plan B but before us pretended the contrary
